RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Once the item has been received, we will send you a store credit (via Skyscrapers & Trees Gift Card or code).

Returns:

You can return a product for up to 24 hours from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or via a Skyscrapers & Trees Gift Card.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item: $3.95 Flat Rate*. (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund***

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and custom orders are final sale. 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or coupon code will be emailed to you. In addition, you must be able to provide us with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.
